The flat with 70 m² is located in Yerevan, Tsarav Aghbyur street. The initial architectural assignment was based on the clients preferences, of having an open living room, an open kitchen and two bedrooms. As a result of redesigning the floor plan, the studio managed to complete the assignment. As a result of a competent combination of the function և volumes of the built-in furniture prevailing in the apartment, a comfortable, bright apartment with subtle color contrast solutions was created.
The renovation, as well as all the decoration in the flat, with the exception of the sofa and the armchair, was done with the direct involvement of the studio.
