Appartment on Komitas str. 15
The flat with 130 m2 is located on Komitas Avenue, Yerevan. The initial architectural assignment was based on the clients preferences, of having 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open room. As a result of redesigning the architectural floor plan, the studio managed to accomplish the assignment.
In designing the flat, the studio used solutions typical to the deconstructivism architecture, which made the space even more rational for usage.
The built-in furnishing and renovation was implemented via direct involvement of the studio.
